Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
- Identify and fulfil customer needs, resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Call and meet customers to go through project briefing by providing design advices and convey the briefing to operations team.
- Collaborate with internal support team and external service providers to address customer concerns and improve service delivery beyond satisfactory level.
Requirements:
- Must possess experience in Interior Design sales field
- Strong interest in Interior Design decorations and space planning
- Clear communication ability in Chinese and English
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated, independent
- Added advantage if with experience in 3D rendering software
