Scope of Services

We do not provide space planning, design concepts, or renovation coordination.
Yes. We provide 360° VR walkthroughs for residential interior projects.
The VR is delivered via a high-resolution interactive web link viewable on mobile or desktop.
We no longer take exterior facade projects. Our current focus is apartment interior 3D & VR.
Yes. We can generate 2D drawings (layout, elevation, electrical, etc.) when paired with our 3D services.
Please note: we do not provide space planning — drawings follow provided sketches only.
Yes. We undertake small-scale commercial interior projects, such as offices and retail shops only.

However, our main expertise and production focus remain on residential interiors (apartments & condominiums). We currently do not take on large-scale commercial developments, malls, hotels, or complex architectural projects.

Requirements & Project Setup

You only need a layout plan and a general idea of what you want to visualize. However, design reference and hand sketch are always welcomed to help us understand your idea and requirement better.

You may send:
1. Layout plan
2. Site full address
3. Site photos or virtual tour link
4. Sketches or reference images
5. Material list (if selected)
6. Voice or video briefing (highly recommended)
We proceed one option at a time to avoid unnecessary rework.
Once the first option is confirmed, we will proceed with the next option as an amendment.

Timeline & Delivery

•1–3 views: typically 1–3 working days
•Most projects are completed within 1 week, depending on workload and complexity

Timelines are confirmed once complete information is received.
Amendments typically take 1–3 working days, depending on the scope of changes.

Revisions & Amendments Policy

For Interior Designers, we offer:
•Unlimited minor revisions for up to 1 year, at no additional charge
•Minor revisions include materials, colors, finishes, and furniture adjustments

For major design or layout changes:
Additional major revisions are charged at $100 per round
Major layout or design changes may incur additional charges, depending on scope. Our team will advise before proceeding. Major changes require significant rework and manpower.
Charging fairly ensures:
•Sustainable workflow
•Fair allocation of resources
•On-time delivery for all clients
Minor amendments are changes that do not affect the overall layout or design direction, such as:

✔️Material or colour adjustments
✔️Finish changes (laminate, tiles, textures)
✔️Furniture model or positioning tweaks
✔️Lighting colour or intensity adjustments
✔️Soft décor refinements (artwork, accessories)

These changes are generally quick to implement and do not require redesigning the scene.
Major amendments are changes that alter the layout, structure, or design intent, including:

✔️Layout reconfiguration or wall changes
✔️Changing the design concept or theme
✔️Major cabinetry redesign or restructuring
✔️Significant changes to built-in elements
✔️Switching to an entirely different design option after completion

Major amendments require substantial rework and additional production time.

✔️ Up to 3 rounds of major amendments included

✔️ Amendment turnaround: 3–5 working days

Pricing & Payment

We offer competitive and scalable pricing for both 3D and VR.
Please share your requirements and expected quantity, and our PIC will advise accordingly.
VR covers the entire space with no blind spots, unlike a single static view.
It requires higher detailing and rendering workload, which is why VR pricing is higher.
